DEPRESSION: Either you kill it or it kills you

Modern era of the technologies, everything is handy, people are more machine than human, relationships barely exists outside the gadgets and internets, social gatherings are just obligation to be present, we feel like we are advancing but as i see it, its being capsized with the large waves of modernization.

Everyday everyone is dying some spiritually, some mentally and some physically. Depression is a real deal not just some transient state of mind. People feel quite awkard to share their problems and deal with it, its a time bomb ticking inside of you killing you slowly. If you don't do anything about it, it eventually engulfs you and you can no more get out of it.

These days, news are full of suicide of people who looks successful and happy from the outside but in the end of the day, end up being tied up with the rope or other ways to end themselves. Its not a sign of weakness, its the phase you feel drowned like you are underwater if you don't try to rise up to the surface you will suffocate run out of breath and eventually no longer see the sun, moon and this beautiful place called earth.

Everything from human to the machine needs some break, if you push yourself hard to the limit no matter what it eventually gonna explode. Every once in a while treat yourself with some break, go out in the world, no matter how screwed up is your life, no matter how much you feel sorry for what you have done or the failure, loss and everything that keeps haunting you, try to add more positivity to lessen the negativity. You can never erase or change what had happened to you in your past, nor you can change the world in a day, but what you can definitely do is take one step towards the positivity, appreciate one good thing you have in your life, that is the beginning my friend.

You might have lost your job, lost your years of love, became bankrupted, lost your family, failed the exam, became a looser, no matter what put it in the table and count the good things in your life. Its easy on saying but it definitely helps. Talk to the people, make some friends if not have a pet, read the books, learn to paint, learn to play the guitar, learn to click the picture and if you even cannot do anything mentioned above, buy some food for the helpless people sleeping by the road they will greet you like a god. You will see everyone has got the problems, some are dying to smell the food, some to expand their business, some to become a multibillionaire, everyone has their benchmarks to set, no human is ever satisfied unless you find that treasure called peace of mind.

It exists within you not because of any factors or anyone else it is there because you let it be there inside of you, you are the owner of your body and the way you will serve your brain, the body will follow likewise since MIND LEADS,BODY FOLLOWS.

Some people get obsessed of food, some of drugs, sex, gambling, smoking and all the negative aspects because it helps them mask their problems and let them be in the peace or lesser stress for a while. You can choose the transient remedy but it would still destroy you, rather develop yourself to speak about it, try to motivate people on the same matter because in the process you will also learn how to handle it, everything starts with giving first, help other to smile, and smile will find its way to come to you. Happiness doesn't have a definition, it is just the feeling you feel in random things in your life.

Seek help when you are helpless, depressed and no longer able to decide which way to go, don't keep yourself in the shadows because there are millions like you facing the similar problems each moment of life, your story will boost them up and they will see they are not alone in this journey, DESTROY IT BEFORE IT DESTROYS YOU.

Depression is real disease, and remedy starts from the dare to take a step to deal with it.
Stay Motivated, keep motivating the people around you.
